While at Barclays, Lauren was responsible for leading many corporate programs. For each event, she managed event budgets, negotiated contracts and implemented cost-savings tactics. She supervised internal and external vendors; Scouted event-appropriate external venues.
Specifically, she managed all logistics of 3 Asia corporate days so that Asian businesses could successfully meet with Barclays’ investor clients.
Additionally, she responsible for overseeing many moving parts and coordinating global logistics for supplier diversity event.
To help to grow new talent, Lauren led a number of summer intern events including a pre-internship education day, dinner at the home of senior management and end of program receptions
For Barclays largest conferences, Lauren supported team events by managing RSVPs and serving as on-site staff.
